We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal data collected by Mohammed Hassan Ashour & Partners when you contact us through our AI support service on WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram.

Method 1: Within the same chat

1. Open the same chat you messaged us from (WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram).
2. Send the word DELETE (or حذف).
3. The system will confirm your request, and we will delete your data within [[30 days]].

Method 2: By email

1. Email privacy@mohamed-hasan-ashour.online with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. State the channel you used and the name or phone number, so we can locate your data.
3. We will confirm deletion by email within [[30 days]].

What gets deleted?

• Your stored conversation and message content.
• Your identifiers (User ID / phone number / username) linked to the service.
• Any profile data we retained to provide the service.

We may keep a minimal record if legally required; it is anonymized so it cannot be attributed to you.
